"Absolutely awful experience with Bandit Running online. The few bandit products I’ve purchased from my local running store that carries the brand, I’ve loved. So I ordered two items from Bandit’s online store for my upcoming marathon, a singlet and a top, knowing I would choose one and return the other. Two weeks after ordering I had to follow up with the support team on the status of my order, the support person was helpful and immediately had it processed. Other 5 days passed and the ordered hadn’t shipped just “processed”. I reached out again and she had it shipped. Annoying, but understanding it’s a small company, not a huge deal. I got the singlet and top and decided the singlet was the best choice for the marathon as the top was a bit too small. I returned the top within the 21 day return window, in all of the original packaging. It sat in my office in the original packaging from the day I tried it on until I returned it. A month after shipping the return I hadn’t received my refund so I reached out again. I was told they received my refund but couldn’t process the return as it had been “worn”. Honestly outrageous considering I tried it on for no longer than 25 seconds. Not only did they deny my refund, but sent no notice, and made no plans to return the item they wouldn’t refund, a $80 top. This whole experience totally tarnished my view of what I thought were quality products."
